Using the next hour or so to plan out the next couple weeks of school for the kids. This time of year is so busy but we can't put off jumping back into it any longer. Delicious pizza I picked up from @samsclub was my dinner tonight. I normally don't have mushrooms on my pizza but this one was amazing! What did you have for dinner?
Peaceful... until you have to go out in it.
I'm happy the snow held out as long as it did and that its starting very slow.
By the look of this tree... I predict we will have our first snow in 30-40 days. Not ready for it!!
Yesterday was spent thinking about my grandma who just turned 93 and will probably not be with us for much longer. Living so far away from family makes times like this hard. Instead of just being sad I can't be with her, we took the day and made some of her recipes and listened to Italian music. It was nice sharing her stories with my kids and really helped me feel close to her. It doesn't look as good as hers and didn't taste as good either but it was a good day.
